Next Up… June 6th!

So the rumors of my Poker Death have been greatly exaggerated!  After a very long hiatus, I am trying to get a game together Saturday, June 6th, in the usual 8:30 to 9p.m. range.  I sent out an email, but will use this page to keep track of who is in.  Immediately upon sending, I got two yes’s, so I am optimistic we will get a nice turnout.  Tourney, followed by cash game.  I am thinking the buy-in will be about $40?  We can decide on game day.  As always bring your own.  And please one new rule, NO AUTOGRAPHS, PLEASE!  HA HA!

Romeo Sets “Unbeatable” Record

While the Rick Hoff mark of futility was certainly impressive, Tony Romeo set the new Berlin Tournement record that will stand for all time.  One Hand.  One Exit.  This mark can be tied, but unless someone figures out a way to lose in the first hand, PRE-RIVER… this one can only be tied.  Flush to the Jack, beat by Flush to the King by Mike Cherill.  Earliest exit possible–first hand elimination.
